Their workplace is safe and purposeful, dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.About You:As a member of our Compliance and Assurance Branch and as Principal Assurance Officer, you will provide strategic advice, leadership and operational direction regarding project management, risk management, internal control frameworks, business continuity and crisis management.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality advice and mentoring on project management, governance, compliance, and corporate accountability, with a focus on risk avoidance and mitigation.Lead the delivery of performance monitoring and assurance activities, including developing the annual assurance framework for the Audit and Risk Management Committee.Oversee the implementation of the government client's Risk Management Strategy, providing strategic advice and operational direction to the Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders.Plan and coordinate business continuity and crisis management processes, ensuring policies align with international best practices.
