About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the frontline of our Head Office operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients, clinics, and corporate partners.
Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from PhysioChoice practices nationwide, CorporateChoice Healthcare clients, and overflow customer inquiries.Manage busy email inboxes—responding promptly and professionally to client and practice requests.Schedule pre-employment assessments for clients across Australia at our own locations.Utilise Monday.com and Microsoft applications to track tasks, appointments, and client communications.Support the accounts team with processing and administrative tasks.Assist other Head Office departments when required to keep operations running smoothly.About You We're looking for a quick-thinking, detail-oriented team player who excels in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or administrative role.Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, email management, and Monday.com (or similar task management systems).Organised & Efficient: Ability to handle high call volumes, busy inboxes, and multiple priorities at once.Professional & Personable: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Problem-Solver: Quick decision-making skills to assist clients and clinics effectively.Team Player: Willingness to assist different departments and adapt as needed.What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative work environment with a supportive team.Career growth opportunities in Australia's leading physiotherapy organisation.A stable Monday-to-Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).Competitive salary under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.Why Join Us?
