Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) 1 day per week is required at the Wangara office Training and development opportunities This is a unique, standalone role which will support operations for a subsidiary of the Duratec Group, WPF. You will have the full support of the HR advisory team located in our head office in Wangara. Your focus will be on fostering employee engagement and culture for WPF. THE ROLE A key focus will be to understand the needs of the WPF business and to ensure smooth integration of HR processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies. In this role you will: Draft and issue contracts of employment, employment variations, and internal employee correspondence. Track end-to-end processes to provide visibility on the status of recruitment, screening, selection, contracts, medicals, and onboarding. Interpret the enterprise agreement, FW legislation, and awards to ensure consistency and compliance to value our employees. Build trusted relationships within our business to guide, foster, and enhance employee relations. Guide and support internal managers on employee relations matters to contribute to a constructive culture of consistency and fairness. Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives with our team to enhance employee engagement and culture. The role will be primarily based in Henderson with 1 day per week travel to Wangara to remain connected with the HR team. A car allowance will be provided. ABOUT YOU You'll be self-motivated and a dedicated team player who enjoys providing great support to a growing business. You should be flexible and pragmatic in assisting our WPF teams to deliver HR activity within business time frames. You will have a HR qualification and demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role. You pay attention to detail in drafting correspondence and are confident in communicating advice to influence outcomes.
