Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support the administrative aspects of day-to-day hospital pharmacy operations across the Pharmacy Departments at the relevant Hospitals. Undertake recruitment and human resource processes for hospital pharmacy services statewide and manage the hospital pharmacy operations establishment, including variations to establishment and human resource funding mechanisms. Coordinate purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable (including cash sales), and all other financial functions within the pharmacies, including the supervision of relevant staff. Oversee Pharmacy-specific human and operational resource information systems such as leave calendars, rosters, and equipment registers to ensure that they are appropriate, accurate, and up-to-date. Ensure that the operational component of the Pharmacy Department is managed efficiently and that opportunities for revenue raising are utilized. Details of Appointment: Permanent, full-time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Position could be based at any of the four Pharmacy sites, depending on the location of the successful applicant. *Notwithstanding, hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
