The Opportunity
As a Program Lead you will be the technical specialist accountable for the successful development and optimization of Work Programs for reactive and routine maintenance on Low Voltage assets (Generator Sets, Gridscale Battery Systems, Nicad and VRLA Battery Systems, Inverters).
You will play a key role in ensuring all program requirements align to Maintenance Plans and will be required to undertake Quality and Cost Control of Work Programs and underlying work orders.
Your expertise will drive the accuracy of Work Programs and contribute to the successful & efficient delivery of the work. Your work will be vital in supporting safety, efficiency, and the long-term success of the organization’s operations. We are open to candidates across Sydney and Newcastle regions to be based out of our local offices in these areas.
About You
* Possession of an appropriate qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience:
o Electrical Trades Certificate III or equivalent and/or
o Diploma level or equivalent or relevant formal technician training qualifications
* Extensive practical experience in maintaining electrical assets especially those used in the Electrical Transmission and Distribution industries.
* Knowledge in the application of WHS and environmental legislation
* Knowledge of corporate drawings, design and management systems
* Experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning and Works Management systems
