Job Description Operating at Executive level, the Manager Strategy will have a key role within the organisation.
The main responsibilities of the role include: Lead and manage the strategic planning process Implement and manage the risk management framework Oversee corporate governance processes Manage a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and risk management Drive transformation and innovation within the organisation Assess and monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board on strategic and risk matters The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: A relevant degree in Business, Finance or Risk Management Proven experience in a strategic management role Strong knowledge of risk management and corporate governance Experience managing a team Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
