The role
The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with our Concrete, Aggregates & Masonry (CAM) businesson a range of employee and industrial relations matters, as well as be responsible for supporting the implementation of key People and Culture projects and initiatives.
Based in Stapylton, QLD and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders across the CAM business.
The role will work in partnership with the wider People & Culture Team to leverage group offerings, expert knowledge and experience and provide insightful and constructive solutions/ideas on key initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Partners with the CAM leaders and other operational leaders to understand their business and workforce needs and challenges
* Coaching and offering guidance to leaders on HR matters
* Develops and implements solutions to enhance employee experience and performance
* Acts as first point of contact for escalation and resolution of HR queries, issues and requests from internal and external stakeholders
* Supports leaders with accurate advice on employee matters
* Conduct end-to-end complex case management
* Participates and facilitates Enterprise Agreement re-negotiations
* Delivers programs at a divisional level in alignment with Group organisational plans and priorities.
What you will need to succeed
* Bachelor’s degree in related field and or/tertiary qualifications in HR or similar highly regarded
* A track record of achievement in a generalist People and Culture business partnering capacity
* Practical experience with enterprise bargaining negotiations and industrial relations
* Significant experience with managing complex Employee Relations and case management issues
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Advanced communication, coaching and influencing skills
