Your new role
* Attending all inbound calls, and outbound when required
* Providing quotations to customers/dealers for warranty repairs
* Processing payments for completed jobs
* Provide front-of-house assistance for customers doing returns/repairs
* Logging warranties via SAP
* Liaise directly with customers and dealers with job status
* Processing returns
* Flexible to help other departments, when needed
What you'll need to succeed
* Must have call centre or front office experience
* 2-3 years in a similar-based position
* Prior experience using SAP, or any alternative ERP-based system
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Must be a permanent resident or citizen with full working rights to apply.
