Job Summary
The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for leading a team in a major digital transformation program. This role requires ensuring product delivery plans align with business objectives and strategic outcomes from concept through to operational implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of two direct reports and contingent vendor resources to deliver high-quality features, ensuring critical operational products are secure and maintain service levels.
* Oversee service quality, operational stability, and IT risk management while contributing to strategies for service enhancement and compliance.
Requirements
* Extensive Agile expertise: A minimum of five years' experience working in fully Agile environments.
* Technical expertise, particularly in integration projects.
* End-to-end product experience: Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
* Strategic problem-solving skills, including strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
* Effective stakeholder collaboration, including engagement with technical and business stakeholders.
* Operational service management experience, including incident resolution and operational processes.
* Vendor management expertise, including developing productive vendor relationships.
* Cross-functional alignment skills, integrating business processes across diverse teams and functions.
