Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The Opportunity:As the Technical Support Engineer, based in Swanbank, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth IT operations for our cutting-edge manufacturing and distribution hub in Queensland. This position is critical to the ongoing functionality, maintenance, and support of systems, networks, and devices across the facility. You will be an integral part of the Service Delivery team, helping to support IT operations at Swanbank and other sites, while proactively maintaining and documenting IT processes to meet operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Technology Support: Install and configure networks, compute, and applications at Swanbank. Ensure all site processes are well documented, including hardware configurations, site shutdowns, and disaster recovery procedures.Operational Support: Handle Service Delivery tickets, provide prompt resolutions, and ensure seamless communication with end-users within SLA. Maintain a professional relationship with users and deliver high-quality support.Health & Safety: Follow strict safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment, identifying hazards and reporting incidents as necessary.Compliance: Adhere to Suntory Oceania policies and procedures, ensuring all tech documentation and processes are in line with business requirements.Where do you fit in?We’re looking for someone who thrives in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
