Based in Alexandria, this role is full time hours on a 4 week temp basis to help cover Annual Leave. Parking available onsite and great office culture Working alongside an administration team of 3, you will be responsible for; - Providing administrative support for the team - Office & Kitchen Upkeep - Handling incoming enquiries - Ordering groceries & stationary - Ensuring the office is running efficiently and everything is maintained - Diary coordination and meeting room scheduling We are looking for someone who is adaptable, highly organised with a strong attention to detail. You must have a client focused approach, maintaining a consistently professional manner with internal and external stakeholders.
