Position Purpose and Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager, Training Services, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Managers and Heads of Department across three businesses with Campus WHS, equipment management, managing contractor and vendor relationships and fleet coordination. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities ranging from the strategic to getting your hands dirty Key Responsibilities Coordination of maintenance tasks across sites in Welshpool, Forrestfield, Joondalup, Northam, Albany and Bunbury Manage contractor relationships to ensure on time service delivery and value for money Maintain accurate tool and inventory lists across WA Support the WHS team to ensure equipment, signage, evacuation drills are up to date Ensure fleet is allocated, serviced and accounted for across WA Develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience Experience in coordinating multi-site operations and working with multiple staff Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to multitask and action priorities Be solutions-focused with a can-do attitude Be computer literate and have experience in using relevant online platforms Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check Ability to obtain and hold a valid Working with Children Check (Employment status) Desirables Experience working in a Vocational Training Environment - (desirable) WHS qualifications - (desirable) To apply, send in your resume and a brief cover letter explaining how you would meet the key responsibilities.
