Job Title: Exercise Physiologist
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team. As an Exercise Physiologist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work in one or multiple locations across Sydney, including Mona Vale and Frenchs Forest.
Our company is unique in that our practitioners are multi-qualified in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, and are radiation-licensed DEXA technicians. This means that as an EP, you will be highly valued and respected in your role.
We are renowned in the local area for our exercise prescriptive abilities, and we have a model that suits Exercise Physiology better than most. We also value customer service as one of the most important parts of our treatment and believe that in order to get the best results for the patient, they need to have a positive experience from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience working as an Exercise Physiologist
- 2+ years of experience in private practice (desirable)
- ESSA registration and personal liability insurance
- Strong skills in exercise prescription and a high understanding of it
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to build professional relationships with local GPs and specialists
- A clear understanding of the importance of customer service
- A high level of self-motivation and a passion to build the brand and client base
