Position Overview: We are looking for aVirtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services students K-12th grade. In this role, you will deliver therapy sessions virtually, working collaboratively with students, educators, and parents to support students' communication needs.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities and needs.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language goals.
* Provide virtual therapy sessions tostudents, focusing on areas such as articulation, language comprehension, and social communication.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
* Participate in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student goals.
* Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
* Previous experience working with high school students preferred.
* Strong technology skills and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
