A typical day of work for you might include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholdersProviding crucial early intervention support to people leaders on a broad range of case management issuesAssessing people matters and either managing the matter as an early intervention case or triaging complex, high-risk matters to team membersPreparing documentation and reports on case management mattersSupporting the development and delivery of continuous improvement initiativesSupporting the development and delivery of engaging training sessions that arm our leaders with the skills they need to succeedPartnering with DCS Centre's of Excellence to support the safety and wellbeing of our employeesLet's talk about you!You are committed to ensuring customer service excellence in all interactions with stakeholdersA background in HR, ideally with some focus on case management supportStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong attention to detailYou're enthusiastic, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
