About the Role
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the deli department. This includes ensuring that the store is impeccably presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Maintain excellent department standards by monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
* Implement processes that simplify tasks and adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.
