Fleming Law is seeking a Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our successful and friendly team on a full-time basis, in our Batemans Bay office.Working with a team of lawyers and legal assistants, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Reception duties, including direct client engagement and scheduling appointments.General administration, such as managing emails, diary management, opening files, safe custody, electronic and manual filing, archiving and managing office supplies.Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the team, including preparing legal correspondence, maintaining records, invoicing and matter file management.Support to the legal team.Various other administrative duties as required.What we are looking for:Demonstrated capacity to provide administrative support including excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, meet timelines and work under pressure.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously.Strong interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and software.Preferred candidates will have:Prior practical legal experience in a law firm together with knowledge of LEAP is highly regarded but not essential.This is a full-time position based in our Batemans Bay office; however, you may be required to travel to our Moruya office on some occasions.Salary is based on experience in accordance with the Legal Services Award as a base.Fleming Law is dedicated to supporting its team members in their professional development goals and emphasises a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Please email your resume with a cover letter to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
