Sydney Asset Management Permanent Position
Job Purpose
A leading global asset manager seeks a Senior Sales Manager for their Sydney office. The role is key to the APAC Sales Leadership Team, responsible for sales management, client assurance, and sales insight delivery in the region. The incumbent will execute existing work and improve sales management approaches across APAC.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Head of APAC Sales Capabilities in developing and implementing sales processes within a global framework, including reporting sales activity, pipeline, and flows.
* Manage procedures to track and report sales activity, pipeline, and flows.
* Collaborate with the Head of APAC Distribution and Sales Lead Team to set, implement, and track sales strategies for the region.
* Participate in sales forums to drive enhanced results and support change management and accountability.
* Lead analysis on trends in client and sales activity.
* Produce professional-grade presentations and business intelligence for senior management.
Personal Attributes / Skills / Qualifications
* 8+ years' experience in Asset Management with knowledge of various products and vehicles.
* Prior experience in sales/analysis or general management roles.
* Previous exposure to Global and APAC working cultures and multiple time zones.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for working with all levels of management.
