About the RoleThe Investor Services Administrator is a vital member of our Funds Management Team. Reporting to the National Manager - Funds Management Operations, this permanent full-time position provides comprehensive administrative support to our collaborative team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, keeping you engaged with diverse tasks and topics. You’ll be part of a team that prioritises knowledge sharing, allowing you to gain insights beyond your specific duties and continuously expand your expertise. Some key areas of the role will include:Transaction Processing: Manage applications, redemptions, transfers, and payments, ensuring documentation is complete and transactions are processed within cut-off times.Client Relationship Management: Assist investors and advisers via various communication channels, update CRM databases, and manage the central investor email inbox.Reporting and Statements: Oversee the production and distribution of client statements, review monthly reports, and ensure accurate data updates on the website.Invoice and Issue Management: Review third-party invoices for accuracy, log and reconcile client/third-party issues, and manage day-to-day processing and registry issues.General Administration: Support the Funds Management Team with administrative tasks, archive documents, review TFN registry holdings, and assist with ongoing process reviews.
