As a Virtual Care Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care clients in their own homes, to participate in virtual healthcare services, empowering them to live independent, healthy lives.

You'll be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals through technology and compassionate care.
