The Role Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset. Responsibilities include:
Provide technical and operational process support Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation Tenancy Coordination Skills & Experience Strong communication skills & attention to detail Strong financial acumen Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling Experience in the management of subcontractors and suppliers Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills Benefits Attractive remuneration package Supportive working environment & culture Career progression is guaranteed!
