This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy medical practice and be part of our friendly supportive team.The role is offered on a Permanent Full Time basis.About the roleTasks include but are not limited to:Providing high quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, doctors and staffGreeting patients and visitors in person and on the phoneMaking appointments and maintaining the appointment systemCreating and maintaining recordsConveying information to patients in accordance with best practiceCarrying out general office and administration dutiesOpening and closing the clinic as requiredRequired Skills and experienceThe successful applicant will have:Previous medical receptionist experience is highly desirableGenuine customer service focus and a confident, caring and professional mannerCritical attention to detail in processing billingAbility to multitask – prioritising patient care – and work calmly in a busy and challenging environmentStrong commitment to protecting patients’ rights by maintaining confidentialityStrong communication and IT skillsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary teamBest Practice software experience an advantageTo applyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role for the attention of the Practice Manager.
