Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Deeside, Flintshire Job Type: Permanent My client, a global leader in the aerospace and defence industry, is on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to join the team. This role is absolutely pivotal within the Human Resources function of the business. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be instrumental in providing oversight to execute the Human Resources strategy that aligns with the business's key areas, including talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and many more. Other responsibilities include: Using HR Metrics, deliver data-driven people solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible. Partner with leaders to ensure the organisation possesses the necessary workforce with the capability to effectively and efficiently deliver core services while managing labour cost and developing future bench strength. Provide support or deliver training on a variety of Human Resources topics including interviewing, coaching, etc. Conduct recruiting processes including interviews and selection, ensuring compliance with all regulations; conduct new-employee inductions; monitor career paths and champion the P&DP process. Experience or Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and proven progressive experience in an operations environment. Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders. Knowledge of HR/people systems. Demonstrated functional knowledge of governmental regulations and laws that impact the employment relationship.
