Kmart Australia’s Corporate Systems team is responsible for ensuring our National Office has the tools to support nearly 500 Kmart and Target stores across Australia and New Zealand. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions – Time & Attendance system.
As a pivotal member of the team, you'll be tasked with leveraging your expertise to support our Central Operations and People and Capability teams, in addition to drive strategic initiatives to optimize HR and Time & Attendance processes.
From requirement gathering to system configuration and user support, your comprehensive understanding of UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management) will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions with our business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
1. Working with Kmart’s corporate services and applications teams to understand our unique functional requirements, extend our capabilities and rectify issues affecting day-to-day operations within the group.
2. Ensuring delivery of functionality and integration meets the business requirement.
3. Understanding how functional requirements and upstream/downstream system integrations impact the overall solution.
4. Leading and implementing process improvements, from concept to delivery.
5. Working with SMEs and project resources to design and document requirements and standard operating procedures, by using a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitated sessions).
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Kronos Time & Attendance, Forecasting, and Scheduling.
2. Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience configuring UKG Dimensions.
3. Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll and integration of/with Time & Attendance systems.
4. Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting complex enterprise environments.
5. Exceptional time management capabilities and be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
6. Highly developed communication skills, be comfortable discussing software functionality with engineers, support staff and non-technical end users.
7. A consultative nature, able to make recommendations and propose changes to user requests to better align to HRIS and Central operations capabilities and configuration.
