They are solution-focused, providing tailored fire safety solutions to offices, strata complexes, shopping centres, and education sites. They design, build, supply, install, service, maintain, and repair fire safety systems. About the role You will join a strong team and be a key player as leader of the service team. You will report to Company Directors, support team members, and assist the supervisors of each department within the business. You will prepare written reports and tenders and communicate with clients on a technical level. You will procure trade and supplier pricing and prepare client contracts. You will project manage the day-to-day operations of the service division to ensure actioning and efficient completion of projects. You will manage operational and technical staff and will be assisted by office support staff and account managers. You will assist contract managers in selling services through technical assistance, leads and optimisation of existing group customers. Key selection criteria Excellent communication skillsProactive with good initiative and problem-solving abilityStrong knowledge of Fire and related standards as well as the BCAService/Operational management experience Willing to field occasional calls after hours from technicians, clients or office staff.Require a current NSW driver's licence.Accredited practitioner fire safety qualification an advantage
