About the role
: In this role, you will be relieving in a number of areas around the hospital and areas off-site (within Newcastle) including wards, outpatient services, and clinical service units.
1. Depending on the position you are relieving your day can include a variety of general administrative duties such as answering the phone, responding to emails, organising patient appointments, arriving and departing patients, assisting patient's family members, clinical typing, and providing support to nurses and doctors.
