This position is responsible for providing efficient and effective financial administration and customer service for Council’s fitness and leisure facilities.

We offer:
* Permanent full time, thirty-eight (38) hours per week.
* Commencing salary of $2,997.44 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,596.93 gross per fortnight plus superannuation (11.5%).

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
* Lead the Customer Service Team and ensure high quality customer service across all fitness and leisure facilities.
* Oversee financial, business administration and cash handling responsibilities including receipting, reconciliation, and petty cash.
* Oversee the operation of the Oasis Aquatic Centre Cafe ensuring adequate staffing, budgeting, stock ordering, presentation, and compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
* Maintain and operate leisure management software across all Council fitness and leisure facilities including providing training and advice to staff.
What you will need to succeed:
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Qualifications relevant to the role i.e., Certificate IV in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Customer Service.
* Current Food Safety Supervisors (FSS) Certificate.
* Current CPR Accreditation.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* NSW Working with Children Check Clearance.
* Class C Driver’s Licence.
* Substantial experience in financial and business administration, cash handling, customer service and effectively leading a team.
