You will be required to work from both the St Leonards and Wahroonga offices. Job Responsibilities: Meet and greet patients and manage the reception area Manage patient bookings Answering telephones and attending to email enquiries Managing patient records and data entry Collecting payments Proof reading of documents Offering the highest level of professional customer service Liaising with specialists and hospitals Other administration tasks as required The Person: Must have proven experience as a Medical Receptionist Ability to multitask and work in a busy office environment Good computer skills and medical software experience is essential Ability to work between both offices Flexible to work between 7am – 7pm Have a passion for offering exceptional customer service We request that candidates have full Australian working rights
