About the Role: Are you ready to take your clinical expertise to the next level and make a real impact on healthcare delivery? As the Sunrise EMR Clinical Educator, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way we use Sunrise EMR, improving clinical documentation, and ensuring optimal utilization across all areas. Reporting to the Sunrise EMR Optimisation Lead, you'll use your deep clinical knowledge and subject matter expertise to lead and coordinate educational activities, helping both clinical and non-clinical teams adopt and enhance their use of Sunrise EMR. Your work will foster a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to EMR implementation and clinical documentation across the region. You will be the key point of contact for all things related to Sunrise EMR—promoting critical information, driving change, and ensuring all staff members have the support and training they need to succeed. From high-quality face-to-face and virtual training to providing ongoing support, your leadership will empower teams to improve documentation quality across FUNLHN. As a change champion, you will lead the development and delivery of training programs that align with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and will be instrumental in reviewing and updating training materials to meet evolving needs. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on the development of SA Health operational policies that support new EMR processes. About You: Must be a registered Nurse or Registered Midwife: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience. Significant experience and credibility in a nominated area or discipline. Must be currently working in a mid to senior level clinical or non-clinical role. Experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry. Proven experience in the implementation of complex health care projects, especially in relation to information systems.
