About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in guiding customers through every stage of their journey, offering ideas, innovations, integrations, best practices, and product capabilities.
As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting customers with the world of marketing and helping them achieve their goals through software solutions.
Your Role Will Involve:
* Managing a portfolio of 80-120 new and existing customers, supporting customer success teams with outreach, administrative, and marketing-related tasks.
* Engaging with customers regularly - both virtually and in person - to ensure they're maximising the product's value and identifying opportunities to expand their usage.
* Supporting customer retention and growth, helping businesses optimise their investment.
* Educating customers on marketing and audience best practices, guiding them on platform usage, and refining their strategies and campaigns.
* Collaborating with internal teams on outreach initiatives and customer data management, ensuring a seamless customer experience and identifying growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* 2+ years in sales or account management, focusing on growth and retention.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and resolve issues effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage expectations and escalate issues when needed.
