The Role
We are seeking a professional, dynamic Retail Network Manager to lead and oversee the retail operations across our fuel stations in NSW.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experiences across our network.
Your strategic leadership will be essential in driving continued improvement in customer experience and sales, optimising performance of our people and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales across locations, aligning with company objectives.
Customer Experience and Value: Lead Customer Experience (CX) analytics and strategy to drive greater customer value and brand equity.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and frontline teams to achieve operational efficiency and uphold company values.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by optimising processes, managing resources effectively, and maintaining high standards of service.
Financial Performance: Monitor and analyse financial metrics to ensure profitability and make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both employees and customers.
Planning & Reporting: Active involvement in the planning and opening of new sites.
What we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Retail Network Manager with the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing and leading retail operations, ideally within Fuel or FMCG industries.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing goods and services suppliers and contracts.
Strong leadership abilities with a desire for inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
You have a knack for creating motivating work environments and building effective succession plans and working collaboratively with your team.
Exceptional organisational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple priorities and ensure operational efficiency across various locations.
Proficiency in preparing and analysing rosters, budgets, and other key performance indicators to drive financial success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively lead and manage store teams while fostering a positive and customer-focused culture.
A proactive leader who can think on their feet, make sound decisions, and implement changes swiftly while adhering to company guidelines.
Highly motivated leader who strategically drives continuous improvement within their teams and proactively identifies and progresses innovation.
