The ASICS store management network is growing! We’re on the hunt for passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Fyshwick. In a nutshell... Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team while contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer experience and store performance.
Here's what we’d love to see from you:
* Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
* An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
* A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand!
* Availability to work a full-time roster
