Job Title: Computer Clerk - Switchboard
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
The Switchboard is the central point for all external and internal calls at Graham Street Campus, making it the heart of our organisation's communication.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Switchboard Operator to be part of our team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient services around the clock.

About the Role:
As a Switchboard Operator, you will be at the forefront of our communication network, responsible for maintaining high-quality and efficient services.
* Provide an efficient and courteous response to all telephone calls (using best practice techniques), and redirect calls appropriately
* Experience using a Switchboard or in Health Information Systems
* Ability to organise tasks and environment with minimal supervision and under conditions of competing demands
* Capacity to interact professionally with staff and consumers and maintain high levels of confidentiality and patient privacy
