About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Research Associate to contribute to our photovoltaics research activities under the supervision of Professor Daniel Macdonald. The successful candidate will have a relevant PhD in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or physics, with direct experience in silicon or silicon-based tandem solar cell design, fabrication, and/or characterization.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with other research institutes and industry partners on projects funded by the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA)
* Contribute to the development of next-generation solar cells
* Characterize tandem solar cells
Requirements
* Relevant PhD in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or physics
* Direct experience in silicon or silicon-based tandem solar cell design, fabrication, and/or characterization
* Strong publication record and collaboration skills
