Needs a Negative Vetting One Security Clearance (NV1) or higher.
Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring a collaborative and transparent approach to change initiatives.
2. Provide Expert Advice: Deliver high-level, timely, and accurate advice regarding the change process. Identify, track, and report on issues or barriers that could impede progress, offering actionable solutions to address them.
3. Develop and Implement Change Strategies: Design, execute, and oversee a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with program objectives. This includes establishing measurable success criteria, monitoring progress, assessing impacts, and preparing the organization for transitions effectively.
4. Continual Improvement Integration: Apply continual service improvement methodologies and techniques to refine and enhance processes within the broader change management framework.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Relevant experience at an Intermediate-senior level from APS/Defence
2. Related qualifications as recognised by the organisation
