The role:
As a Supervisor, you will coordinate site-based activities across various project sites. You will aid in managing the program, budget and the quality of our delivery across our site operations.
Our HQ is in Newcastle and our footprint is the wider Hunter Valley, with a preference for local candidates; we also invite interstate candidates to apply.
Our projects can be quite regional in nature and will require DIDO - LAFHA and relevant allowances will be offered in these situations.

Your site presence will ensure our workforce are delivering safe and efficient operations.
Your every day:
* Successfully manage the program, budgets and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
* Constantly build strong client relationships that position Symal for repeat work.
* Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
* Be the focal point for all trades and labour in your area.
Who are you?
* 7+ years relevant civil construction experience.
* Relevant experience in delivering projects in excess of $5 million and leading large site teams.
* Strong communication and management skills.
* A proven track record in delivering complete contract scope on safe, under budget, on time and a quality product.
* Drivers license and own transport.
* Flexibility with working away from home is a must.
