You You have at least 2 years of being a restaurant or cafe manager who is looking for progression in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. You have basic business math and accounting skills to manage Profit & Loss in your restaurant. You have strong analytic/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. You have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability. You are passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards. You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business. Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant. You have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees. Natural enthusiasm and drive - love what you do and let it show Multi-site, high volume management experience is a plus You have a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
