Expand your HR knowledge with a prestigious Financial Services business through this 9-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless delivery of our programmes.
* Manage training calendars and resources to optimize efficiency without compromising the presenter or user experience.
* Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Collaborate with the LMS Administrator and Academy team to set up and configure the LMS software tailored to Academy needs.
* Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot LMS-related issues during the implementation phase.
* Facilitator Support: Assist facilitators with formatting and organizing training content for delivery through various channels.
* Training Evaluation and Feedback: Collect feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of modules and programmes.
* Analyze training evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
* Generate reports on training attendance, completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with content creators, participants, and other stakeholders to promote training initiatives.
* Provide updates on training programs, resources, and opportunities within the business.
* Performance Management: Assist with setting up secure processes to collect and collate performance-related documents.
* Manage and analyze data and reports for calibration, promotion, and training needs discussions.
* Assist with setting up functionality of new systems that support performance management and people development initiatives.
