In the role of Service Scheduling Team Leader at METTLER TOLEDO, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of highly skilled specialists who deliver world-class service in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Provide high quality customer service through phone, email and customer portals Ensure technician workloads are scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance Consider logistics, travel and pricing to organise service technicians work efficiently Respond to changing needs and requirements, adjusting schedules accordingly Manage Work In Process/Open Work Order reports to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed within client KPI timeframes Provide accurate information to service technicians using the Salesforce scheduling tool, phone, email and teams Collaborate with service managers, sales, finance and other departments to meet the needs of our customers Manage a diverse range of activities while prioritising tasks.
