You will support the design, maintenance, communication and delivery of the product vision and roadmap.
You will engage key stakeholders across Jetstar Groups and Technology teams to connect and drive value in an agile delivery environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Product Owner and Product Manager in developing and maintaining the product roadmap, while ensuring complianceCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needsAssisting with the development and launch of new products and featuresWorking closely with Product, BAs, Delivery and QA teams to deliver application and system changes, initiatives, and projects impacting the product stackConsult on projects impacting the product stackAnalysing product performance, user behaviour and engagement metrics for improvement opportunitiesAssist in managing vendors of systems, applications and hardwareBe an escalation contact for product issues impacting operations and complianceYou'll HaveTertiary qualification in business / Information Technology1-2 years' experience in developing, analysing, designing or running software and technology productsExperience in Airline reservation systems (e.g.
