About the Role We are looking for a passionate grounds and landscaping maintenance person with workforce supervisory experience to join our dedicated maintenance team at Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Grounds and Landscaping Supervisor will be hands on ensuring the landscaping, yards and pools of the resort, hotel and villas are maintained to a 4-star level.
This role also requires an ability to supervise and manage workforce task allocation, compliance, quality delivery and application of workplace health and safety.
The role requires the willingness to commute between River Heads and Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari, Monday to Friday and peak seasonal period availability.
This is a salaried fulltime position, available for an immediate start.
About you To be successful in this role you have the ability to supervise and lead team members, have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, well-presented and enjoy working outdoors.
You bring good verbal and written communication skills and are a team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.
Previous experience in grounds keeping, landscaping and pool chemical application and testing is required, preferably in a similar industry.
