and Overseeing and administering central group processes to support the group's operations.Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.You will also have: Prior experience in leading sizeable teams of people (12+ direct reports), Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills, Sound operational management skills, High level of attention to detail, Ability to keep calm under pressure, Strong written and verbal communication skills;
