About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the 3D Health team as an Administration Assistant, where you will be responsible for:
Managing and organising administrative support.
Courteous and prompt handling of enquiries, both face to face and over the telephone. Redirect enquiries and action as appropriate.
Manage electronic schedules/diaries effectively and arrange relevant travel bookings.
Ensure administrative strategies are developed to support the programs within 3D Health to meet their objectives and goals.
Collect data and analyse for the management of reports (daily, weekly or monthly).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to foster professional working relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, achieve desired outcomes and maintain a positive approach to work in a changing environment.
Experience providing a range of administrative/executive support services and in business systems development.
Knowledge and understanding of general administrative practices operating with the South Australian Public Service
Experience working in areas where confidentiality must be applied and maintained.
