About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting within the Senior Leadership Team, the role of Head of Ecommerce is to lead and grow ghd ANZ's ecommerce channel to achieve sales-based objectives. This is achieved by executing the following: Leading the strategy development and execution across all ecommerce channels – both owned and third party. Being responsible for creating and managing the overall annual forecast for the channel ensuring targets are met by driving sales opportunities. Oversee the execution of the digital marketing strategy of paid channels to ensure optimisation of traffic to websites. Preparing insight driven reports and presentations to a variety of stakeholders identifying opportunities, sales performance and recommended actions on a regular basis. Leading and mentoring the ecommerce team, to achieve key business and personal development objectives. About You: You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior ecommerce position leading small teams. Proven ability to grow and manage ecommerce marketing channels both direct and third party is essential. Possess analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities. Being able to interpret and make data driven decisions is key to success. Have had exposure to and a solid understanding of PPC, SEO and paid media campaign management. You are a confident communicator with high attention to detail and a passion to push boundaries.
