This role is essential for the effective use of our Pronto Xi, Apex, and Dorner applications across various departments. The Application Specialist will act as a key liaison between technological solutions and end-users, ensuring optimal performance and deployment of these applications to improve business processes and achieve organisational goals.Role OverviewIn this role, you will focus primarily on the Pronto Xi application, with additional responsibilities for managing Apex and Dorner applications. You will provide technical expertise and support, conduct system customisation and optimisation, and collaborate closely with various departments to enhance business processes.
