About the Role As a Service Coordinator, you'll handle customer requests, prepare quotes, and support the efficiency of our service delivery. You'll work closely with customers, service partners, and contractors to optimize the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing service contracts, scheduling technicians, ordering spare parts, and handling other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to service teams and contractors Schedule technicians for onsite work Manage spare parts selection and ordering Handle customer service calls and inquiries Prepare repair and spare parts quotations Follow up on service orders and repairs Organize training and toolbox talks for technicians Process customer credit requests Manage deliveries and shipping arrangements Communicate with customers, staff, and stakeholders Proofread and write technical service reports Provide after-sales support to customers and partners Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience Team player with a task-focused and outcome-driven approach Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with SAP or similar systems is desirable Knowledge of pump technology is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
