Our client is seeking a Carer Recruitment & Development Worker to play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and supporting foster and kinship carers.
What You'll Do: Develop and implement carer recruitment strategies Screen and assess carer applicants Deliver engaging training programs Support carers to provide a nurturing, therapeutic environment Work collaboratively to enhance carer retention and development What You'll Bring: Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Public Relations, or a related field Ideally experience in working with foster carers, carer recruitment, training, and or support Strong communication and relationship-building skills Understanding of trauma-informed care and out-of-home care policies Current Driver's Licence & Working with Children Check Benefits: SCHADS 5 (pro rata over 3 days) Salary packaging Training & Development Supportive team and leadership Join a dedicated team committed to ensuring children and young people thrive in safe and supportive environments.
