Job Title: OSHC Coordinator
Position Overview:
As Albany Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our OSHC centre, creating a welcoming, vibrant, and fun atmosphere. You will have independence and autonomy in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service for anyone using our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate/Schedule recreational programs
* Assist with facilities/asset management
* Contribute to marketing/promotion
You will work closely with the team to drive business growth, improve our service, and increase competitiveness.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Children's Services/OSHC or other relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
* Strong customer service and business development motivation
* Experience in delivery of quality childcare programs on all aspects of OSHC
* Knowledge and experience with HubHello and the childcare Subsidy System is highly desirable
* Possess or willing to obtain National Police Clearance issued within the 6-month period and a Working with Children Check
