We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Data Support Officer to join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN). In this important role, you will assist the Client Information Officer with data quality maintenance and a range of administrative tasks, helping to ensure high-quality service delivery and the smooth functioning of the CCCME program. Key Responsibilities: Maintain CCCME data according to policies and procedures. Ensure data accuracy through report analysis, guided by the Client Information Officer. Protect client confidentiality and manage access to files and records. Process Deceased Client notifications in CCCME for LCLHN. Match DCP and Guardianship of the Minister client lists with CCCME and medical records. Generate and validate the Business Rates report for Client Information Officer approval. Produce reports as needed for staff and program managers. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in the use of database software programs. Demonstrated experience in the creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Proven experience in the utilisation of a range of computer applications, which may include the use of word processing, Outlook, and database software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite of software.
