This important role will directly drive business growth through new and existing reseller channel partners and their end users in WA, reporting to the WA State Manager. This is a key role to drive future growth in WA.
Your Responsibilities
1. 100% Outbound sales role, continually meeting reseller partners with a particular focus on meeting and developing end users.
2. Collaborate as appropriate with the Reseller-Channel Partners to expand the depth and breadth of the range of ACA products they sell.
3. Expand the number of resellers transacting with ACA Pacific.
4. Utilize consultative, solution based technical selling techniques to identify opportunities for ACA’s full end to end portfolio of products.
5. Research and thoroughly understand ACA Pacific’s vendor’s products positioning, advantages and our competitive landscape.
6. Assist to manage relationships with vendors and promote their products.
7. Meet and exceed your territory sales targets as determined by your manager.
Your Skills & Experience
1. IT channel experience is a must with a background in Data Management and Data Protection Security solutions, as well as an understanding of MSP and ‘as a service’ business models.
2. Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Disk Storage as well as Data Archive and Cyber Security.
3. Solid understanding of sales techniques to be able to analyse client requirements and to develop strategies to secure new accounts.
4. Existing strong reseller relationships in WA.
5. End User customer selling experience via partners.
6. Experience working in the data storage and cyber security industry focused on selling storage and security solutions to improve complex workflows and long-term archiving.
7. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and goal orientated.
8. Exemplary interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
9. Essential analytical skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to influence senior stakeholders including internal and external customers and resellers.
11. Team oriented and able to work well within a team.
12. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical solution-sales skills.
13. A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment.
14. 3-5 years in the IT Industry.
Your Qualifications
1. Degree in IT, Marketing, Business Management preferred but not essential. Channel Knowledge combined with a sound storage and cyber security technical knowledge is critical for the success in this role.
